Return & Refund Policy – HYBIRD (by DLC Healthcare)

At HYBIRD, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and hygienically packed health supplements. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth experience with every order.

✅ Returns Are Accepted Only If:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong item
• The product is expired or defective upon opening

If any of the above applies, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Refund Process:

Once your claim is verified and approved, we offer:

• Replacement of the product
  OR
• Full refund to your original payment method

Refund Timeline: 5–7 working days after approval.

For Prepaid Orders:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet) used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• Refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer after your refund request is verified and approved.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions:

• If the product is opened or used
• If the complaint is made after 48 hours of delivery
• If the item is delivered correctly and in good condition
• For minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

We request you to shoot an unboxing video while opening your package, in case any dispute arises.

We appreciate your trust and understanding, as we follow strict hygiene protocols for health products and cannot accept returns once opened.
